Vila Afonso is located on the southern coast of Madeira, in the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, a country area which is nicely distanced at 10km from the pleasant city of Funchal.

How do I get to Vila Afonso?
Travelling on the Airport-Ribeira Brava motorway, get off at junction 5 (second exit indicating the strait itself), ‘Estreito de Câmara de Lobos/Câmara de Lobos’ (at around 8km from Funchal). From here onwards, travel towards the Estreito de Câmara de Lobos, after which you will find yourself on the João Gonçalves Zarco Highway. Travel along this same road until you find nº 574-B.
